Shipping policy

Every Ladybird Lounge order is made with care. Most of our apparel and gift wrap is printed to order, so please allow time for production plus shipping.

Production time

Made-to-order items are produced within 2 to 7 business days after you place your order. Personalized items may take up to 2 additional business days. During the busiest holiday weeks, production can take up to 10 business days.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3 to 8 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 5 to 14 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping rates and destinations

Shipping rates and available destinations are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders with multiple items

Some items are produced in different facilities or ship directly from our partner brands, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package. You will not be charged extra when this happens.

Order tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as each package ships.

Holiday ordering

For the best chance of delivery before Christmas with standard shipping, we recommend ordering personalized items by December 1 and all other items by December 5. Orders placed after these dates are still welcome, but we cannot guarantee delivery before the holiday.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Damaged, lost or delayed packages

If your package arrives damaged, goes missing, or hasn't arrived within the timeframes above, please see our Refund Policy or contact us at mrs.spencer99@gmail.com and we will help.
