Products

We sell sports-themed apparel, gift wrap and accessories. Many of our products are printed to order by our production partners, and some products ship directly from partner brands. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process.

Personalized orders

When you order a personalized item, you are responsible for the accuracy of the name, number or text you provide. You confirm that your requested text does not infringe anyone else's rights, such as a team logo, trademarked name or copyrighted design. We may decline or cancel any personalized order we believe is offensive, unlawful or infringing, and will issue a full refund if we do.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or signs of fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Production times, shipping times and holiday ordering dates are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All original designs, artwork, photos and text on this site belong to Ladybird Lounge or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Ladybird Lounge is an independent business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any school, team, league or athletic organization.

Limitation of liability
